9. Returns & Claims Policy

This policy applies exclusively to items purchased through the Otterbine Australia website. Aquatec Equipment exercises the utmost care to ensure all orders are dispatched in perfect condition and that customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the event that an issue arises, our team is available to assist.

Before returning any item, please read the policy to understand the process for damaged goods, faulty products, or change of mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
  • To lodge a claim, please email us with your order details and photos of the damaged items.
  • An invoice from a licensed electrician for proof of install is required to claim faulty goods. 
  • All goods must be returned to our office in Western Australia for assessment before a replacement or credit will be issued.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we may accept your return at our discretion

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
